WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T NEED IT ANYMORE?
Just let us know that you no longer need the item and ship it back to us. We offer a buy back program for those that have had the system for an extended period of time.
DOES THE SYSTEM DAMAGE MY FLOOR OR CEILING?
Our system tightens between the floor and the ceiling through jackscrew expansion. It does not drill into the floor. No damage to floor or ceiling.
WHO INSTALLS THE SYSTEM?
We recommend a qualified handyman in your area to complete the installation. We would be glad to help arrange a handyman if you need assistance. We do offer installation locally ( Albuquerque, New Mexico ).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Product returns will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within two weeks of purchase. Return items must be sent back before two weeks have passed from the date of receiving product. A refund will not be processed for products that are damaged or are unable to be resold. There is no restocking fee for returned orders.
